Organic Spinach Macaroni are small noodles made from stone-milled, whole durum wheat semolina, with the addition of spinach powder!
Organic and vegan spinach macaroni is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and iron. Spinach macaroni is also low in fat, cholesterol-free, and contain no sugar.
This pasta cooks the best in a large pot of salted, boiling water for approximately 8-10 minutes (al dente), or until desired texture; ideal for pasta salads or serving with the sauce of your choice.
