Organic Fresh Medjool Dates
These fresh Medjool dates are caramel like in flavour, dense, and juicy. They are very sweet (but have a low glycemic index) and have a delicious taste, which works great in many recipes. They are high in fiber, disease fighting antioxidants, potassium, magnesium and vitamin B6.
Apple Caramel sauce: Add chopped dates to a warming pot of applesauce, let the dates cook down and dissolve into the apples. Add a tsp of coconut oil at the end to really give it that caramel sauce flavour! Delicious on just about anything, and it’s dairy and sugar free.
