Raisins are great keeping your body strong, they are good for your bones thanks to their calcium content. They are loaded with good antioxidants, fiber and nutrients. Flame raisins are made from flame grapes, which are seedless red grapes that ripen earlier than Thompson grapes do. They are amongst the sweetest raisins you can buy, which makes them great for snacks, trail mixes, or baking. 

Raisins are great in baking, add them into your next batch of muffins for a sweet treat, or into a savoury rice dish for a pop of flavour. We love throwing them into our big salads for a little sweet hit.
