Organic Coconut Flour
Organic Coconut Flour is finely milled flour from dried, de-fatted coconut meat. De-fatted coconut is higher in protein and has a longer shelf life which keeps the flour from early spoilage. Mildly nutty, coconut flour incorporates easily and practically as wheat flours.
Use 1/4 cup - 1/3 cup coconut flour per cup of white or grain-flour as replacement. Coconut flour is ideal for baking applications, adding to batters, and more.
